Watching You Watching Me

Is the ensign walking away from a relationship or a predator? Is she wistful, pensive or anxious? Who is hiding behind the barrier, or is she merely an innocent passerby?

Decided to play with a couple of my visual obsessions: Drow and Trek; I see no reason why they can't co-exist, just because one is fantasy and one science fiction. I went with the wide screen on this one in an attempt to make her environment a little eerie and oppressive, especially since it's the dark into which she's moving, rather than escaping.
